CPBS performance advantages begin with proprietary manufacturing technology that uses continuous cycle production lines, each set of two lines paired to maximize efficiency.  Composite molds for the fiberglass reinforced thermoset (FRT) ‘skins’ travel via computer controlled conveyors through seven stations.

CPBS’s proprietary formula for FRT panel skins, coupled with its unique polyurethane injection and curing process, utilizes a combination of exothermic heat, supplemental heat and staged cooling.  Each pair of production lines produces 20 cured panels per hour, ready for cutting and finishing.  After removal from the molds, panels are sent to the CAD/CAM cutting/finishing stations where they are precision cut into optimized, predetermined sizes and shapes according to specific designs selected for each project.

CPBS C-SIP wall panels and C-SIS sheathing are manufactured under the Southwest Research Institute, (San Antonio, Texas) Third Party Quality Assurance Program following the requirements of ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria for Quality Documentation (AC-10).
